Its R8 frame integrates liquid cooling with ethylene glycol flow rates ≥3.5 L/min, maintaining semiconductor junction temperatures ≤125°C at full load. The drive employs paralleled IGBT modules (3P configuration) with active current-sharing technology, ensuring thermal balance across phases.
