Description

The ACQ580-01-430A-4+B056 is ABB’s high-power wall-mounted drive for critical water infrastructure. Rated at 250 kW (IEC) with 430 A output (400 V), it features an IP21 enclosure (380 × 955 × 418 mm) and weighs 97 kg. The drive integrates an active front end (AFE) for <3% THDi, eliminating harmonic filters even at full load. Reinforced busbars ensure current stability during motor acceleration, while conformal coating on PCBs protects against salt-air corrosion in coastal plants. It supports 380–480 V input and operates at -15°C to +40°C, with forced-air cooling maintaining performance in high-ambient temperatures.
