A built-in condition-monitoring library tracks bearing vibration signatures via MEMS sensors mounted on the motor frame, trending data at 25 kHz sample rate. An advanced thermal observer predicts IGBT junction temperature with ±2 °C accuracy, automatically derating current before any hotspot can form.
