The KFD2-ER-Ex1.W.LB is a highly versatile Conductive Switch Amplifier designed for use in hazardous environments. Features

The KFD2-ER-Ex1.W.LB features a single-channel isolated barrier with a 24V DC supply, powered via a Power Rail or terminals 14+ and 15-. It offers an adjustable response sensitivity ranging from 1 kΩ to 150 kΩ, allowing for customization based on specific application requirements. The device includes a potentiometer for easy adjustment of sensitivity and DIP switches for configuration. Additionally, it supports reinforced insulation according to IEC/EN 61010-1, ensuring a rated insulation voltage of 300 Veff. The KFD2-ER-Ex1.W.LB also provides signal damping with time constants of 0.5 s, 2 s, 5 s, or 10 s, enhancing signal stability.

The primary function of the KFD2-ER-Ex1.W.LB is to monitor conductivity levels and trigger relay outputs based on predefined thresholds.
