The active supply unit feeds braking energy back to the mains instead of burning it into heat, keeping utility bills, cooling budgets and carbon footprints low. Inside, a next-generation motor control algorithm supports both asynchronous and permanent-magnet motors, making retrofits painless and future upgrades a plug-and-play affair. A built-in SIL3/PL e safety channel eliminates contactors for safe torque-off, while the coated boards shrug off humidity, dust and corrosive atmospheres found in small machine rooms or rooftop installations.
