The positioning electrical signal from the CPU is proportionally converted into a pneumatic signal by the I/P module, controlling the pneumatic actuator. The V18345 series valve positioner uses a 3/3-way pneumatic solenoid valve. The electrical control signal from the CPU is proportionally converted into a pneumatic signal, which in turn proportionally controls the 3/3-way pneumatic solenoid valve. When the set positioning value is reached, the 3/3-way pneumatic solenoid valve closes in the middle position.
