Features
The KCD2-STC-Ex1 features a single-channel isolated barrier with a 24V DC supply, powered via a Power Rail. It supports input from 2-wire SMART transmitters and current sources, converting the input signal into an isolated current or voltage output. The device offers selectable output modes, including current source, sink mode, or voltage output, via DIP switches. It also includes integrated test sockets for HART communicators, facilitating easy maintenance and configuration. The KCD2-STC-Ex1 is designed with reinforced insulation according to IEC/EN 61010-1, ensuring a rated insulation voltage of 300 Veff. Additionally, it supports a wide ambient temperature range of -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F).
