The integrated P974 intelligent control package turns the cabinet into a self-optimising power node: dual-core ARM processors sample torque, speed, temperature and grid parameters 16 000 times per second, then autonomously trim switching patterns, flux levels and cooling airflow. A three-stage active cooling path—split between base-plate, heatsink and roof-mounted redundant fans—keeps junction temperatures within a 5 °C window even when ambient hits 50 °C, guaranteeing full power without derating.
