Description
Designed for 3-phase 380–415V ±10% input voltage, this cabinet drive delivers 105A continuous output current (55 kW base rating) with a switching frequency of 4 kHz. The R6 frame integrates liquid cooling (ethylene glycol flow rate ≥2.5 L/min) and IGBT semiconductors with low-inertance NTC thermal monitoring. Weighing 48 kg, it includes a reinforced DC-link with 6800 µF capacitance and conformal-coated PCBs for humidity resistance (operational range: -15°C to +50°C). Compliance includes IEC 61800-5-1, UL Type 1, and EN 61800-3 C2 emissions standards. The 24V DC backup maintains control logic during 15ms power interruptions 14.
